Changes in Build 28:
- Added a reference manager for the new ControlNet reference feature. Reference images are saveable from the main UI, image windows or from the manager.
- Textual inversion embeddings are now added from the API instead of directly from a folder
- More code & folder cleanup
- More bug fixes
